Hey LUGNutters, it's that time again. Time to do a quick review of the previous month's challenge. We are getting more and more people involved in these and the quality is ramping up. Very exciting stuff for LUGNuts. Without further ado then...
First up is an '89 Mitsubishi Lancer by Patrick a.k.a. mbeige
Next we have the Peel Trident Microcar by Pixel/improbcat
Tim Inman (rabidnovaracer) shares his interpratation of an underdog with the Pro StreetChevy Citation X-11
My 1980-something Chevy Chevette came in next.
Charger Hornet shows his mettle with a pair of entries, a 1970 AMC Gremlin, (it had to be done eventually right?)
And a 1965 Dodge Dart Cotton Picker (makes me think of Schwinn Krate bicycles for some reason)
Aaron Dayman (cbla_member) debuts in LUGNuts with a VW Kubelwagen.
Lino does not disappoint this time around, coming up with his stellar '57 Pontiac Safari.
In a clever interpretation of the theme by Ben, The Big Rafalski, he presents his generic yellow taxi cab.
Ralph, the Mad Physicist, Savelsberg once again demonstrates his mad skills with a 1958 Edsel Bermuda Wagon.
Also we have a fine entry from Duq
. It's the Trotter's three-wheeled mini van from 'Only Fools and Horses.' Too much fun!
And finally, introducing Lego911 to the LUGNuts crew and his four, count 'em four entries for this month's challenge.
Ford Falcon BF series XR8
Ferrari Dino 308 GT4.
Pontiac G8
Ford Fiesta ST
Be sure to check out this month's LUGNuts challenge, "Colour Me Strange." It is proving to be our most succesful challenge yet! Next month's roundup will be even later than usual due to Brickcon '08. Stay tuned for updates from that convention as well as highlights from this month's challenge.
